Elizabeth Interthal founded EBI Law, PLLC, in 2016 and has been a practicing attorney since 2004. Before launching her own firm, Elizabeth was a partner with Garbett, Allen & Roza, P.A., a boutique law firm in Miami that focuses on serving financial institutions, real estate investors and business clients. From 2006 until 2016, Elizabeth’s work at Garbett, Allen & Roza, P.A. changed to meet the needs of her clients from lending to loan workouts and litigation and slowly returning to lending and real estate related matters. Elizabeth has extensive experience in many types of real estate and litigation matters, including title issues, contract disputes and loan structuring
Elizabeth was born and raised in South Florida. After attending Boston College and Syracuse University College of Law, she returned to South Florida to commence her legal career. In January of 2014 her and her husband moved to the Tampa Bay Area, where they currently reside with their young daughter.
Elizabeth is actively involved with various community service organizations. She was the chair for the Women of Influence Committee for the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce for 2017-2018 and the President of the Boston College Alumni Chapter of Tampa in 2016.
Steph Horne, Director of Business Development
Steph is focused on caring for clients, offering a high level of
responsiveness, attention to detail, and concern for accomplishing their needs.
Steph, licensed to practice law in Kentucky since 1992, has also been an owner of a title company and a licensed Indiana Closing Agent since 2007. Steph is Past Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association Real Property Section and Louisville Bar Association Real
Property Section. She has worked to strengthen the real estate industry by serving on the Tampa Bay Mortgage Bankers Association Board, the Tampa Bay Building Industry Association Sales and Marketing Council, the Pinellas Realtor Association Affiliates Council, and was awarded Associate of the Year for Louisville’s Building Industry Association and Mortgage Bankers Association, in addition to being awarded the President’s Award for the Greater Louisville Women’s Council of Realtors. Steph drives positive change and consistent results in business development, and also strengthens community organizations by serving on numerous civic and non-profit boards in both elected and volunteer capacities including District 3 elected Jefferson
County Kentucky Board of Education Member, PTSA President of Ballard HS, Christ Church United Methodist Board of Trustees, The Women’s Club, Junior League, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure Board of Directors. Stephanie Horne is married to Andrew and they have two young men.
